Frequently Ask Questions

  • Will you be open 24hrs?
    No we will not. We have staffed hours listed on the website. We care about the safety and seeing our members faces every day! We have accommodated earlier start time and later finish times in our planned schedule to best suit our members.
  • Can I pay in full for the year?
    We want our members to have a piece of mind in knowing they can and will pay monthly for the experience they will get from REP Society membership. There is no annual commitment! We hope to see you enjoying your journey with us and we are excited to see you embark on making healthy habits a top priority in your everyday life!
  • Can I cancel at anytime?
    Yes, we want our REP Society members to know we have their backs too if experience is not for them. Just email cancellations@therepsociety.com with your full name 7 days prior to your next billing cycle. This allows us to ensure the billing automations are cancelled out on time for our members without a delay.
  • Are you providing discounts for first responders and military? 
    Yes we are. Upon signing up you will be responsible for the listed first and last month at sign up. Your 10% discount will occur beginning on month 2 of your membership upon receipt of proof that you meet the criteria of a first responder and military service. This information will be loaded up into your profile for access and customer service will engage the discount for you beginning in month 2.
  • Do you provide classes?
    Yes we are in the works in developing a la cart classes with excellent instructors that will allow members to sign up and pay a discounted value for the class each time they want to go. Classes are listed based on the instructor and are first come first serve with capacity limit. They will be developed after the facility is opened.
